All participants have to register online and pay the registration fee. The registration is considered completed only when the registration fee has been paid. Early registration is recommended because the total number of participants is limited. Registration is necessary before submitting an abstract. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive by email the keys for online abstract submission.
The deadline for abstract submission is 19th May. The selection of contributed talks will be performed by the respective symposium organizers.
To avoid delays, all authors already registered or registering for first time, with payment by bank transfer, will receive the link to access the platform/online abstract submission form, even though the wire transfer payment has not been yet received. A copy of your transfer will be requested later on, if payment has not been confirmed by 19th April.

Deadline for simple registration without abstract submission is 19th May.
In case of cancellations, the fee is fully refundable only until 19th May.
The regular registration fee is 350 €. A reduced registration fee of 275 € applies to accredited students. The fee can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card. A confirmation email will be sent when the payment has been received.
For security reasons, the bank account details will be provided in a confirmation email after the registration form has been filled in.
Payments processed by bank transfer shall be completed within 15 days of your booking
You will be assigned an ID number. Please do not forget to specify the Payment Purpose: ECC9 + ID number+ name
A credit card fee is applied as follows: Amex 3%, Visa and MasterCard 2%
A confirmation email will be sent when the payment has been received.
